Her heart skipped a beat at the sight of him. Stepping out of the car, she playfully lifted Henrik’s chin with a
finger, then pointed to the McLaren parked behind her. “Do you like it? It's a gift | won just for you.”
Henrik hesitated for a moment before a subtle smile curled on his lips. He let go of Khloe’s hand and said, “I like
it. Lethandle that jerk who dared to hurt you, alright?”
He looked at Khloe with sincerity, mindful that she had just seen his violent side the previous day. He didn’t want
to push her if she wasn’t comfortable, especially over something so trivial.
Khloe sighed to herself. She had cut off Jack's tongue, partly to keep Henrik from stepping in. It wasn’t out of
concern for Jack, but more to avoid triggering Henrik’s violent side, which could easily ruin his mood.

expression filled with awe.
While he valued everything Khloe gave him, this McLaren stood out as something he particularly liked.
