Chapter 190 Leon Angered by Sophia "Mr. Cooper, are you planning to have dinner with us?" Tiffany asked, raising an eyebrow.
Leon's face darkened, his cold gaze sweeping over Tiffany. "Shouldn't I go? With the kids going with you, how can I be sure you won't take them away while I'm not around? I need to keep an eye on them." Though Leon's excuse sounded serious, it was clear to everyone that he just wanted to join Tiffany for dinner. No one bothered to call him out on it, silently accepting his reasoning.
A short while later, Tiffany led them to a restaurant. Leon paused at the entrance, immediately recognizing the place. It was the srestaurant where he and Lauren had been photographed together last time.

"I recommended it," Sophia said, stepping forward. She was aware of the buzz around Leon and Lauren but had chosen this restaurant simply because the food was good.
Leon said nothing more and followed them inside. However, as soon as Tiffany booked a private room and the server led them there, Leon's face darkened again.
The server, oblivious to Leon's mood, smiled and explained, "We owe a lot to Mr. Cooper and Ms. Simpson for the publicity. Their visit brought us a lot of attention, so I saved this room for you. They dined here last time. Enjoy your meal!" Everyone turned to look at Leon. The kids pushed open the door and saw a large photo of Leon and Lauren in a close embrace on the wall. It was an awkward moment, and Leon clenched his fists, his lips twitching.
He pointed at the photo and asked the server, "Who allowed you to put this up?" "We asked Ms. Simpson, and she said it was fine," the server replied patiently.
"Let's go in," Tiffany urged. Sophia, unfazed, met his gaze coldly. "Why are you looking atlike that, Mr. Cooper? Isn't that you in the photo? What's there to be shy about? Those paparazzi did a good job. You look quite happy, almost cheek to cheek with Ms. Simpson." Sophia's taunt was meant to vent Tiffany's frustration. Leon stood up, looking ready to explode.

"I just remembered, I need to check the order numbers for the event at the office. I'll go now." Without giving anyone a chance to respond, he turned and left the private room. As the door closed, Sophia shrugged helplessly. "It's not my fault. I didn't mean to drive him away. I was just stating facts. If he can't handle it, he shouldn't have done those things." Sophia glanced at Tiffany, worried she might have gone too far. But before Tiffany could say anything, Ronald clapped his hands on the table, cheering. "Sophia's right. It's all Leon's fault. Let him leave. We'll enjoy our meal without him!" "Yeah, Sophia! Daddy's being mean. Let him go hungry!" Flora chimed in, showing no sign of blaming Sophia.
Tiffany nodded, smiling. "You're right. He wanted to come, and if he's not happy, he can leave. No one made him have dinner with us." It felt like something was missing inside him, something he couldn't fill. Thinking about the recent events, Leon felt a burning anger in his chest. He punched the steering wheel hard. After calming down, he finally drove away from the restaurant and headed back to the office.
When he arrived, Grant approached him with a puzzled look. "Mr. Cooper, weren't you having dinner with Mr. Ronald Cooper and Miss Grey? Finished already?"
Leon glared at Grant, his eyes warning him to keep quiet. Realizing his mistake, Grant quickly covered his mouth and then changed then subject, "Mr Cooper, all the projects and event orders are completed. There's nothing left to do. Can I leave for the day?" Leon had returned to the office to find something to occupy himself with, but now he found out everything was already done. Rubbing his temples, he nodded at Grant. "You can go." As Leon walked towards the elevator, Grant scratched his head, wondering why Leon cback to work and if there was something else that needed to be handled.
