Chapter 25 Do You Like Daddy? Leon nodded, gave "Barry" a gentle pat on the head, and said, "But you still need someone with you. Since you don't like crowds, let Damon go with you." He figured his strict discipline over the past few days had pushed his son to the breaking point, making him sick from all the pressure.
Sam didn't expect Leon to ease up, and a spark of excitement lit up his eyes. He downed the medicine in one gulp, not expecting it to be so bitter. As Sam's face twisted in disgust, Leon unwrapped a candy and popped it into his mouth.
The sweetness of the candy slowly replaced the bitterness. Sam looked up at Leon and noticed the heavy dark circles under his eyes, making him look exhausted. He thought about how Leon worked late every day and hadn't been resting well recently. Barry's words also flashed through his mind.
'Daddy is great, but Mommy is even better,' Sam thought.
But right now, Sam felt a bit guilty towards Leon. Should he stop making Daddy angry all the time? Leon hadn't slept all night, yet he didn't complain about being tired.
"Daddy, I'm sorry..." Sam hesitated for a moment but finally said it.
He had always been biased against Daddy, but the divorce wasn't clear yet. Maybe Daddy had changed.
When Daddy found out how hard Mommy worked to give birth to them and raise them alone, maybe he would be especially good to Mommy? "You don't need to apologize, Barry." Leon said, ruffling "Barry's" messy hair gently. It was his fault Barry got sick. As long as "Barry" recovered, Leon wouldn't ask for anything else.
Noticing Leon's change in attitude, Sam pursed his lips. "Then Daddy, can you giveback my watch?" His voice was as soft as a whisper, afraid of being rejected and even more afraid of angering Leon again. This wasn't the first tLeon had taken his watch, so he wasn't sure if he would get it back this time.

Sam was surprised and overjoyed. "Thank you, Daddy." After a while, Leon went to the study, and Damon brought the watch to Sam, who obediently lay down to rest.
At the hotel, Tiffany felt uneasy before going to bed last night. She only felt this way when Sam and Flora were unwell. But she had checked on the kids last night, and they were fine.
Tiffany still felt uneasy when she woke up, with a heavy feeling in her chest. She cout of the bedroom, and Flora had just washed up and changed her clothes. "Mommy, you don't look well," Flora walked up to Tiffany, holding her finger, and asked with concern.
"Mommy's fine, just didn't sleep well last night." Tiffany smiled, bent down to pick up Flora, and gently pinched her cheek.
At this moment, "Sam" also cout of the room, rubbing his eyes, and walked slowly to Tiffany's feet. Tiffany put Flora down, squatted in front of "Sam," and kissed his forehead.
"Mommy just found a kindergarten last night. When Sam is at school, you need to take care of Flora, okay?" Tiffany playfully tapped "Sam's" nose.
"Really? That's great! I can go to school!" Flora jumped up and hugged Tiffany's neck, kissing her cheek. Tiffany tapped Flora's forehead, charmed by her cute actions.
When they were abroad, Sam and Flora hadn't gone to kindergarten. Tiffany chose to stay in the country for a while to find a second child, allowing them to attend school and make friends.
But "Sam" seemed a bit conflicted. He had already been sent to school by Daddy, and it was summer vacation now, with school starting in half a month. He wondered which school Mommy had chosen.
"Mommy, what's the nof the school?" Flora asked eagerly.
"Alice Kindergarten. How about it? Doesn't the nsound dreamy? Lots of parents seem to like it. I'll reach out to the principal soon to get the enrollment info." Tiffany held each child by the hand, walked to the sofa, and lifted them onto it.
"Mommy's gonna make breakfast now. You two play here." With that, Tiffany turned and headed to the kitchen. Flora was still buzzing with excitement about going to school, while "Sam" looked a bit dazed. He was stunned to hear the n"Alice Kindergarten." Wasn't that the one Daddy had picked for him? "Sam, what's wrong?" Flora leaned in, blinking her big eyes.
Barry was so deep in thought that he didn't notice Flora approaching and was startled, almost falling off the sofa.
"Nothing, Flora. I was just thinking about what to buy for school." He quickly made an excuse, touching his watch and thinking about how Sam hadn't responded to his messages yesterday. He wondered how Sam was doing now.
Flora found it strange. Sam used to be excited about making new friends at school. Why didn't he seem excited now? Flora felt Sam had changed, becoming more reserved.
"Sam, are you unhappy about something?" Flora wanted to help Sam solve his problems.
Seeing "Sam" silent, Flora guessed and whispered in his ear, "Are you thinking about Daddy?" She glanced towards the kitchen to make sure Tiffany couldn't hear.
Since Flora brought it up, Barry wanted to know her attitude towards Daddy. "Flora, do you like Daddy?" Barry asked nervously.

Mom took care of us, but Dad left us. If I had to pick, I'd go with Mom!" In Flora's heart, Tiffany was the most important person.
"What if Daddy is also good? If he and Mommy reconcile, you wouldn't have to choose. Would you like him then?" However, Flora still shook her head. "If Mommy doesn't want to reconcile, then I don't want Daddy." Barry understood Flora's point. Everything depended on Tiffany's attitude.
Now Sam was evaluating Daddy, and Flora sided with Mommy. Getting Daddy and Mommy to reconcile and remarry would be very difficult.
"Do you really like Daddy now?" Flora suddenly asked Barry.
Barry didn't know how to answer. After all, he wasn't Sam and couldn't say Daddy was bad. Daddy had taken care of him since he was little. At this moment, Tiffany cout with breakfast, and Flora sat obediently, making a "shh" gesture to Barry.
They pretended they hadn't been talking and didn't mention Daddy again.
After breakfast, Tiffany had to go out for work, leaving the kids in the hotel room.
Barry immediately went to the bedroom to call Sam.
On the other side, Sam, still weak, was sleeping with his watch under the pillow, missing Barry's call.
