Chapter 308 Isidora's Parents Hearing Flora's words, Tiffany's eyes lit up instantly.

"What?" What had she missed when she left the hospital? How did it turn into Aiden being interested in Isidora? Did he actually like her? "Aiden, what's going on with you two?" Tiffany looked at Aiden with a mischievous expression, making even Isidora feel a bit shy.

Aiden smiled helplessly and rubbed his forehead. He hadn't admitted to liking Isidora, so why did Flora just blurt it out like that? "Miss Grey, this is a misunderstanding. The kids are just talking nonsense." Even though Aiden said that, Tiffany knew that kids usually didn't make things up out of nowhere. There had to be something going on for them to think that way.

But looking at Aiden, he didn't seem like he was into Isidora.

And Isidora looked even more embarrassed, so it was probably just a misunderstanding.

Still, something must have happened between them to change their relationship.

Tiffany quickly changed the subject to avoid making the atmosphere even more awkward.

"Isidora, do you need our help with your ex-husband?" Tiffany looked at Isidora and asked.

Isidora thought for a moment and shook her head.

She felt it was just a normal divorce and shouldn't be too complicated.

As long as her ex-husband signed the papers, their marriage and everything that happened before would be over.

"Alright, if you need any help later on, just let us know." Tiffany said this because she considered Isidora a friend.

After all, Tiffany had been through a lot herself and naturally wanted to look out for Isidora.

Isidora nodded gratefully.

"Thank you, Tiffany." "Since we're friends, there's no need to be so polite. When I'm not at the hospital, having Aiden with you makesfeel more at ease. And if there are any other issues that Aiden can't handle, there's always the Cooper group." Tiffany deliberately used a teasing tone to lighten the mood in the room.

Everyone was afraid of the Cooper group, and no one dared to mess with them lightly.

So, if necessary, they could also bring in Leon to help, which would save a lot of trouble.

Isidora knew Tiffany genuinely wanted to help, so she didn't refuse out of politeness. After all, she was alone now and really needed friends around when necessary.

Later in the evening, Leon personally brought dinner. They all ate together in the hospital room. Afterward, Leon took Tiffany and the kids home, leaving Aiden to stay with Isidora.

Everyone thought that after Isidora's ex-husband caused a scene, he would calm down.

But no one expected that in the middle of the night, an elderly couple would cinto Isidora's hospital room. Aiden, who was asleep, was rudely awakened by them and stared at them in confusion.

"Who are you? Why are you barging into someone else's hospital room?" Aiden rubbed his eyes, trying to suppress his anger. He reminded himself that these were older people, his elders, so he had to stay calm on the surface.

But the couple wasn't so easy to deal with. They didn't care who Aiden was and started yelling at him. "Brock was right. You're the one seducing my daughter. How shameless! You want to ruin their relationship, so you encourage her to divorce Brock. How could you be so shameless?" The woman in front of him was unreasonable. She was Isidora's mother, sharp-tongued and only concerned about Isidora's marriage, never mentioning what Brock had done.

Aiden didn't respond to her. Instead, he turned to Isidora and said, "It's a good thing you got out. With parents like these, I really feel for you." Both of them could hear the sarcasm in Aiden's words, and they immediately got angry.

"How dare you talk like that? We're her parents!" Isidora's father couldn't hold back and pointed at Aiden, snapping at him.

"Of course I know, but you don't seem to deserve my respect." Aiden was still good at retorting, showing no sign of backing down.

Seeing that they couldn't win against Aiden, the couple started blaming Isidora.

"It's all your fault, insisting on a divorce. What do you want to do with the Owens family? Marrying Brock wasn't enough for you?" Isidora's mother hadn't asked about her condition since entering the room.

Isidora's parents were always thinking about others, never considering what Isidora wanted or caring about her feelings.

"Mom, do you really think marrying Brock is good for me, or is it because marrying him would deepen your business ties with the Owens family? To you, I'm just a doormat, right?"

Isidora had wanted to say these things to her parents for a long time.

But because they were her parents and she hadn't divorced Brock yet, she had swallowed all her grievances and chosen to suffer alone. Now, hearing Isidora speak like this, they immediately got angry.

"We're your parents! Do you think we'd harm you? We let you marry Brock because you said you were willing. Now you want a divorce. Aren't you ashamed? I'm ashamed!" Isidora's mother didn't think Isidora had suffered any grievances. Instead, she believed Isidora was embarrassing them.

Hearing this, Isidora's mouth twisted into a bitter smile, and she looked at her parents with sadness.

She had never thought her parents would think this way. They were so eager to marry into the Owens family that they didn't care if Brock cheated.

But it was Isidora who had to live with Brock for the rest of her life! Aiden couldn't stand it anymore. He moved to the bedside, blocking their view of Isidora.
