Chapter 351 Jealousy In the end, Sophia went to meet Aurelia alone.
The place was a coffee shop she frequented.
When Sophia arrived, Aurelia was already inside.
They sat in a corner, wearing sunglasses and hats, making it hard for anyone to recognize them.
"Aurelia, aren't you worried about being spotted by other fans, meeting here?" Sophia asked as she sat down, glancing around at the bustling crowd.
"I just wanted to have a quiet coffee with you and chat," Aurelia replied, taking a sip of her coffee.
Sophia didn't doubt her intentions and took a sip of her own coffee.
"So, what do you want to talk about?" Sophia asked, her eyes fixed on Aurelia.

Since Aurelia had asked, Sophia decided to answer honestly.
"Because we're both in the entertainment industry, and I don't care about the methods people use to climb up. So, I won't expose you or speak out. Aurelia, you manipulated Tobias to ruin my reputation and keepfrom rising to the top. But you were too hasty. You knew the truth and still did it, causing trouble for yourself. So, I won't let you succeed." Sophia paused, her gaze serious as she looked at Aurelia, a hint of confusion in her eyes.
"But I still want to know, why are you so determined to target me? We're both artists in the scompany. Your popularity, your fans, and the attention you get aren't any less than mine. Why do you have to dragdown? My endorsements were taken by you. I didn't mind because I saw you as a senior. I didn't compete for the brands you wanted because I thought we could look out for each other in the scompany. But I never imagined my kindness and tolerance would backfire." Sophia's words were filled with disbelief and confusion.
But Aurelia just sneered, gripping her coffee cup tighter.
"I don't need your charity!" Aurelia's tone was severe, as if letting go of endorsements and brand activities was a great humiliation for her. Sophia, however, never saw it that way. She thought that as colleagues, endorsements and brand opportunities could be shared, benefiting others in the company.
To Aurelia, it felt like charity.
Sophia was shocked to realize her good intentions had been misunderstood.
"I never meant it that way," Sophia repeated, but Aurelia didn't believe her, thinking Sophia was just acting. "Sophia, there's no need to put on a show in front ofnow. Anyway, I've decided to leave the industry. From now on, nothing in the circle has anything to do with me. But lettell you, I don't need the things you let go of. Why should you get them, and I can't? Do I have to rely on your charity?" Aurelia's emotions grew intense, and she slammed the table.
To her, Sophia was deliberately using those things to humiliate her.
But it was Aurelia's pride at play, not Sophia's fault.

"It seems you have nothing more to say. Since that's the case, I'll go. You've announced your departure from the industry, so I hope we never meet again." Sophia turned to leave without hesitation.
But just as she took a step, Aurelia called out to her.
"Sophia, do you know what I envy most about you?" Sophia turned back, puzzled, staring at Aurelia.
She wanted to know what else Aurelia had to say, so she stopped.
"I envy how everything about you seems better than me. Even though you didn't cfrom a professional acting background, why can you outperformin every way? I just can't accept it!" Hearing this, Sophia took a deep breath.
"That's because I told myself I had to work hard to climb up. From the moment I entered the entertainment industry, I didn't even have tto rest. Aurelia, I've never wronged you. Your misunderstandings makewonder if you're sick." Sophia's last words were harsh. She never knew Aurelia saw her this way. She had always considered the other artists and the company. Only someone as narrow-minded as Aurelia would complicate things.

"What did you put in the coffee?" Sophia's voice grew soft as she collapsed into Aurelia's arms, unable to call for help.
As she passed out, Tobias, who had been hiding nearby, rushed over, took Sophia's hand, and helped her out of the coffee shop.
Aurelia followed, and they stuffed Sophia into a car and drove to a remote location.
In the car, Tobias was nervous, glancing at the unconscious Sophia.
"Are we really okay doing this? This is kidnapping. If it gets out..." Tobias hesitated, but Aurelia stepped on the gas, sneering, her eyes filled with malice.
"Do you think you can back out now? You agreed to do this, so stop saying such discouraging things. As long as we get the money and ruin Sophia, everything will be a fresh start." "What? You said we just needed the money. Why do you want to ruin her too?"
