Chapter 53 Leon Really Likes Children "Tiffany, you knew all along about Sam and Barry switching identities!" Leon's eyes bore into Tiffany's, intense and searching.
Tiffany didn't deny it, and the space fell silent again.
Suddenly, Sam's excited voice broke the tension. "Mommy! Daddy! Flora's awake!" Tiffany's face lit up, and Leon's tense expression softened as he sighed in relief. Tiffany pushed the door open and walked in, her eyes full of concern for Flora. Flora managed a weak smile when she saw Tiffany. "Mommy, I'm okay now. Don't worry." Tiffany's eyes welled up as she sat by Flora's bedside, gently touching her pale face. "Flora, does it still hurt?" Flora's head was wrapped in bandages, and the doctor had said she needed to rest in the hospital for a while. Tiffany helped Flora sit up and gave her swater. Flora rubbed her head and smiled. "Mommy, it doesn't hurt." As soon as Flora finished speaking, she noticed Leon standing outside the room and looked at Tiffany curiously. "Is Daddy here?" Tiffany nodded, glancing at the door and seeing Leon's hesitant expression.
Leon wanted to cin and see Flora, but he felt guilty and couldn't face her because of what he'd said. Tiffany understood. She held Flora's small hand and asked with a smile, "Flora, do you want to see Daddy?" Sam, standing nearby, propped his chin on his hand and winked playfully. "Flora, Daddy was the one who donated blood for you this time!" Flora's big eyes looked at Leon. Did he know about their relationship now? She glanced at Tiffany cautiously and asked, "Mommy, will you be upset if I talk to Daddy?" Tiffany smiled and patted Flora's head. "No, I won't." She knew Leon had things he wanted to say to Flora. She glanced at Sam and Barry, and the two brothers understood, holding hands as they left the room.
Tiffany followed them out and stood beside Leon. "I'm taking Sam and Barry to get soatmeal. Leon, Flora wants to see you." Leon was surprised. He thought Flora would never want to see him again.

Flora smiled brightly. "Daddy, thank you." Leon softened at her smile, his eyes gentle as he said her nsoftly, "Flora." "Yes!" Flora's eyes sparkled as she nodded.
Leon chuckled softly, holding Flora's hand. His brow relaxed as he apologized for the harsh words he'd said at the amusement park. "Flora, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said those things to you. It was all my fault." Flora tilted her head, blinking her eyes, and asked sweetly, "Daddy, do you like Flora?" Leon nodded. "I like you very much." "Then I like Daddy too." Flora's words made Leon's heart skip a beat. He hugged her tightly but carefully let go in the end, afraid of hurting her. He gently brushed the hair from her face, his eyes full of love.

He finally had a daughter. He spent a long talone with Flora, learning her likes and dislikes and even telling her stories to help her fall asleep.
When Tiffany, Sam, and Barry got back, they found Flora fast asleep in Leon's arms. Leon was gazing at Flora with pure adoration, unable to look away.
Sam tugged on Tiffany's arm, pouting. "Mommy, do you think Daddy only likes Flora and won't like me?" Sam felt that since he and Barry looked identical, Leon might be growing weary of seeing the sface. Tiffany squatted down and playfully pinched Sam's cheeks. "You're so clever and cute. Who wouldn't like you?" Hearing this, Sam put his hands on his hips and lifted his head proudly. "Then I'll try to like Daddy too." Tiffany chuckled softly but felt a twinge of worry. Leon liked the kids so much. Would he take Sam and Flora away? Tiffany's eyes darkened as she couldn't bear to interrupt the father-daughter moment.
While Tiffany was lost in thought, Sam had already pulled Barry into the room, standing obediently in front of Leon. Leon looked at Sam for a long tbefore smiling.
Now that Sam and Barry were standing together, he could easily tell them apart. Sam was much more lively, his eyes always sparkling. Barry was still a bit timid, often lowering his head, but he no longer avoided people.
Leon couldn't help but recall that when Sam was with him, he hadn't noticed anything amiss.
Leon gently placed Flora back on the bed and knelt in front of Sam, holding his and Barry's hands as he softly called, "Sam." "Daddy," Sam responded.
Leon smiled and nodded.

Tiffany watched from the doorway, feeling no joy at the reunion. The more Leon liked them the more! ve m worried she became. If it weren't for Flora's accident, she might never have told Leon the truth about the children's parentage. For the next two days, Leon didn't go anywhere, even postponing his work. He stayed at the hospital with Flora, and Sam and Barry frequently brought laughter to her.
The more Tiffany saw them getting along, the more anxious she became. Could she still keep all three children with her? Meanwhile, Bronte had been trying to contact Leon but hadn't received any response. She already knew about Leon reuniting with the children and was very anxious.
Bronte feared that Leon might reconcile with Tiffany because of the children. Would all her efforts be in vain then? Bronte nervously bit her nails, pacing back and forth in the living room.
"Beep beep..." Bronte's phone chimed with a message notification. Thinking.
it it was from Leon, she quickly O111 grabbed her phone and nearly dropped it in shock when she saw the message. It wasn't a message from Leon but from an unknown sender: [I know you're not the person Leon was looking for five years ago.] Bronte's fingers trembled, and her breathing becrapid. Who was this? How did they know everything? Bronte was terrified. If Leon found out everything was a lie, he would never forgive her. Bronte shakily replied: [Who are you? What do you want?] The reply cquickly: [Bronte, I need a proposal from Leon. If you can get it for me, I can keep your secret.] Bronte was stunned. She was in a dilemma. What should she do? If this person exposed her deception, Leon would never let her off.
Bronte swallowed hard, her throat dry as she replied: [Okay, I agree, but you must keep my secret.]
