Chapter 82 Julie Joins the StuThree days later, Tiffany finally got out of the hospital. Ralph cto pick her up and took her back to the villa.

Tiffany noticed that during her hospital stay, the three kids and Ronald hadn't visited or contacted her. She figured Leon must've kept them away.

She never thought the lie she told about five years ago would push Leon to such lengths. But she wasn't about to let him keep her from the kids. No matter what Leon did, he couldn't break their bond.

Ralph, noticing Tiffany looked off, asked, "Tiffany, you okay? Need anything?" "No, I'm fine," Tiffany replied, shaking her head.

She was just thinking that with Leon still mad, she couldn't see the kids right now. If he found out she was sneaking around to see them, he'd probably hide them somewhere she couldn't find.

With the engagement party coming up, Tiffany remembered the invite Bronte had sent her. It didn't have a date on it, so she thought Bronte was just showing off and didn't pay much attention. But now it seemed the stunt was about to turn into reality.

As she was lost in thought, the doorbell rang, breaking the silence in the living room. That was when she remembered the appointment she had made before leaving the hospital.

Tiffany opened the gate to find Julie, the girl who she had met at the design competition, standing there, looking a bit nervous in a simple plaid shirt and old casual pants.

"Long tno see, Julie," Tiffany greeted, extending her hand.

Julie wiped her palm and shook Tiffany's hand tightly. "Long tno see, Miss Grey." "No need to be so formal. The design competition's over, just callTiffany." Tiffany led Julie to the living room, where Ralph had already made tea and smiled at her.

Julie hesitated at the threshold, glancing between Tiffany and Ralph. "Tiffany, should I cback later? I don't want to interrupt you and your boyfriend..." Tiffany lightly tapped her forehead. "This is my friend, Ralph, the manager of the design department at Larson Corporation. He just broughthfrom the hospital, and we're just having tea." Julie relaxed and sat next to Tiffany, taking the tea Ralph handed her.

"Julie, we've got a lot of orders at the studio, and I'm planning to launch new products in the store. Got any design ideas?" Tiffany asked, pulling out a contract from a nearby drawer.

Julie was surprised. She thought Tiffany would have a lot of questions, but instead, she handed her a contract right away.

"Tiffany, are you sure you don't want to think about it?" Julie asked, still in disbelief.

Tiffany's eyes were unwavering, filled with certainty. "From the moment I saw your work, I knew you are the one I am looking for. Julie, I really appreciate your talent." Julie's eyes welled up. Without hesitation, she signed her name.

Tiffany smiled and extended her hand again. "Julie, welcto the studio." Julie nodded, gripping Tiffany's hand. "Thank you, Tiffany. I'll design clothes that everyone will love. I promise." "I believe in you," Tiffany said, giving Julie a reassuring pat on the shoulder before handing her the stukeys and work badge.

After seeing Julie off and reminding her to cto the stuin a few days, Tiffany turned back to find Ralph ready to leave. He had just gotten a message from Miguel, asking him to return to the company.

"Tiffany, I gotta go. If you need anything, just message me, and I'll be here in a flash," Ralph said, looking at her with concern.

Tiffany sensed his unease, knowing he still felt guilty about the trouble she had landed in due to Miguel. "Don't worry, I'll be fine. Take care on the road." "Okay," Ralph replied before heading out.

Once Ralph left, the villa felt empty again. Tiffany sighed and went back to the living room, where her phone was buzzing with messages. Picking it up, she found a barrage of texts from Sophia, furiously cursing out Leon and Bronte.

She called Leon a heartless jerk, and Bronte two-faced and disgusting, venting her frustration without restraint. Tiffany calmly soothed Sophia's anger, keeping her own emotions in check. Right now, her main focus was getting her kids back and growing her brand. As for Leon, he was part of her past, and she had no intention of looking back.

Just as she was about to put her phone down and head upstairs to rest, an incoming call from Grant flashed on the screen. Tiffany frowned, wondering why Grant was calling her.

After a moment's hesitation, she answered.

"Miss Grey, do you have tto cto the company now?" Grant's voice sounded urgent, almost pleading. Just a heads up: is the only place to read the complete version of this book for free. Don't miss out on the next chapter-visit us now and continue your journey! "What's going on?" Tiffany asked.

Grant explained that a sample in the design department had been drawn incorrectly, and the client had given them only one day. They needed to fix it within the hour, and there wasn't enough tto redraw it. He thought of Tiffany's excellent drawing skills and hoped she could help. "Miss Grey, don't worry, I'll make sure you're compensated. Do you have time?" "Does Leon know about this?" Tiffany asked, frowning.

"Mr. Cooper doesn't know. If he did, the employee responsible would probably be fired on the spot."

Hearing this, Tiffany agreed. As long as it had nothing to do with Leon she was fine with it. She quickly packed up, grabbed her car keys, and drove to Vertex Holdings Group. In the design department, Grant looked relieved when he saw Tiffany. He approached her eagerly, scratching his head in embarrassment. "Sorry to trouble you, Miss Grey." "No need to be so formal," Tiffany replied, waving off his apology. "I'm getting paid for this, after all. Now, where's the sample?" Grant quickly led her to the sample drawing. "Can you fix it?" Tiffany examined the drawing. It was a landscape painting that needed scolor blending and a redraw. With her excellent drawing skills, it was a piece of cake.

As a designer, Tiffany not only created amazing clothes but also had outstanding artwork. Speople ΠΙ even wanted to buy her pieces, but O she always politely declined. She picked up a brush and got to work, fully focused on fixing the painting. Grant stood by, sweating nervously, his eyes glued to Tiffany, not daring to look away for a second.
